Once your site is complete and approved, I’ll transfer it to your Showit account and carry out final checks. You’ll also receive launch support, training videos, and everything you need to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Launch
We’ll start with the home page to establish the style, layout, and direction. Once it’s designed, you’ll have two rounds of revisions to refine it. With that approved, I’ll move on to the remaining pages, again with two rounds of revisions, to keep the entire site cohesive, strategic, and aligned with your goals.
Design & Refine
You’ll complete a guided content workbook and questionnaire to help clarify your goals, ideal clients, and message. I’ll also carry out research into your business, audience, and competitors so we can build a strategy that connects and converts.
Discovery
We’ll begin with a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable retainer. A simple payment plan will be set up for the remaining balance, usually split into three instalments but flexible if needed. Once that’s complete, your spot is officially secured.

Our custom website design process takes six weeks from start to finish. Once you’ve booked your project in the design calendar, you’ll receive a project timeline with all key dates so you always know what to expect and when.
You’ll need to gather your website content ahead of time,including your images, written copy, and any additional elements like newsletter sign-up links, booking system embed codes, or legal policies.
All websites are built on Showit. It’s a drag-and-drop platform that gives us total creative freedom with the design, while keeping it simple for you to update your site yourself when it’s live. It’s also SEO-friendly and integrates seamlessly with WordPress for blogging.
Absolutely! Most projects are split into four instalments, but we can be flexible. To get started, a 25% non-refundable retainer is required, and the final balance is due before we transfer your website to your own Showit account.
You’ll need an active Showit subscription (although you won’t need this until just before launch), your domain, and possibly any custom fonts if you have premium fonts in your brand identity. I also recommend making sure your site includes up-to-date privacy policies and any other legal documents relevant to your business.
Yes—your website isn’t going to have a high-end, professional look without a cohesive brand identity. You will need at least one logo variation, a colour palette and typography selection. If you don’t have a brand identity, please take a look at our brand design package.
If you already feel clear on your messaging and website content—and you’re confident in what needs to go where—the standard Website Design package may be all you need. But if you’re unsure about how to structure your site, want help crafting a stronger user journey, or want to maximise your website’s impact and SEO from the start, the Website Design + Strategy package is a better investment. It gives you the clarity, structure, and plan to make sure every word, image, and layout decision is working for you.
It’s a deep-dive session designed to set your website up for success. We’ll begin with a detailed questionnaire and a 2-hour strategy call to unpack your goals, audience, and sales flow. From there, you’ll receive a tailored action plan covering your site’s layout, navigation, sales strategy, SEO, and content structure. It’s everything you need to write, plan, and prep your website with confidence. This workshop needs to happen at least 8 weeks before your website build, giving you space to use it to help you prep your website content before the project start date.
